Please use the same address you subscribed with so we remove the correct record. If you are unsure which address you used, email us and we will find it for you.
You will still receive messages that are part of an active project or required for warranty and record-keeping purposes. Those are not marketing emails and are sent to the contact details in your project agreement.
Before you go
- You can reduce the frequency of emails instead of leaving entirely — just tell us which topics you would like to keep
- Removal is usually actioned before the next email is sent, so you should see no further marketing from us
- We keep a minimal record that you asked to be removed, so we do not add you back by mistake
- You are welcome to subscribe again whenever the time is right
