Yes. Plenty of clients start with one focused piece of work — a bathroom, a roof, a set of windows — and come back for the next stage later. Larger projects benefit from coordination, but nothing obliges you to bundle everything together.

We survey the space, prepare a written scope with material options and give you a clear cost for that scope before work begins. Variations are priced and approved in writing, so there are no running surprises.

Where a permit or inspection is required we prepare the paperwork, arrange the inspections and keep the documentation together with your project file so nothing is left for you to chase.

Yes. Completed work is covered by a written workmanship warranty, and manufacturer warranties on products are registered and explained at hand-over. Our Home Loan and Warranty service covers this in detail.

That is how most of our projects run. We sequence exterior and safety work first where possible, keep essential rooms such as a bathroom and kitchen usable, and clean down at the end of each day.

Happily. We regularly build to plans prepared elsewhere, and we will review them with you first to flag anything that would be difficult, slow or unnecessarily costly to construct.
